When I first contacted Shamrock by telephone and spoke to Tiffany, I knew I had chosen the right company. I explained the problem I was having and she was professional, down to earth, explained the process to me, and even told me which extremely qualified technician, Mike, would be coming to our house. Mike was amazing and we were beyond pleased with his service and, in fact, I talked to him about doing the upstairs carpet and our tile within the next two months. I wouldn't even consider ever going anywhere else or using anyone other than Mike and will definitely ask for Tiffany when scheduling my next service!
