I have to say when my daughter and I first walked in the door with my Mama Kitty and I said I think she is dying, I had 2 people get up and get us into a room immediately as I was in tears they asked me what was going on they were so nice, polite and the bed side manner was the best. I met with the Dr. and he was amazing all the questions and answers right away, they were just so good with us and I never expected the compassion we received I wish I knew all of there names but I was in such shock and sadness as this all happened so fast late Sat. Nov. 30 and we had to say good bye to our Family member that had been with us for 13 yrs, they made the whole process such a great one at such a hard time. Thank you
