We recently moved and hired personal touch to Clean our home before we moved in. The service was extremely unacceptable.
The insides of cabinets we not cleaned throughout the home, after we were assured that it was included in the service. After the top to bottom clean we were sold on, we were extremely dissatisfied. We found multiple areas of cobwebs and spiders living in webs. The blinds were covered in dust. The laundry room was totally ignored. The floor was filthy and the sink was full of dirt from the previous owners. The owner “forgot” her cleaning products and stated she would use water to clean the floors. Since when is water a cleaning agent?
The blinds in the garage were filthy and were not raised to remove the large amount of dirt and cobwebs. The microwave was disgusting.
We called the owner to voice our dissatisfaction with the service. She agreed to come back to remedy the issues.
After her second arrival to our home, the cabinets along with the microwave were left filthy.
We were charged a significant amount of money for this cleaning. We did not get the service we paid for. I was charged an insane amount of money for unsatisfactory service.
After the owner of the company and her crew left my new home for the second time, I was so dissatisfied with the service that I went behind them and cleaned the entire home myself.

Save your money and clean for yourself or hire a more reputable and dependable company. Personal touch cleaning is the WORST cleaning service I have encountered. They are extremely overpriced for little to no work.
