I am happy with every one of my experiences with Oak for Less. I most recently had them help me match the color of my stain wood dresser in my bedroom. I couldn't bring them an actual sample of the color of the dresser so I just took a cellphone picture of it. Amazingly enough, they were able to actually match the color pretty well with what was available to them. They were patient and worked with me as long as it took to find the shade that matched as closely as possible. I've used Oak for Less three other times before and use their website often to shop for other things. We only have a couple of stores out here that deal strictly with oak and wood. Prices are pretty good; when you go and compare prices with other stores they're about the same, except for the occasional sales and discounts that other places don't really offer. Everything that I have, as far as being oak, I've bought from Oak for Less. The customer service is also really great. The people there are very courteous and handle me as a professional but also are willing to educate me at the same time on things I'm not very familiar with. They take the time to sit down with you and answer any and all questions you have in detail. There is one thing, though I wouldn't say it's a problem, just maybe something to keep in mind for anyone who might be considering going to Oak for Less is that all the things there are made to order so the waiting time can be a bit hard. You just get so excited about getting whatever you ordered and want it as soon as possible. But with Oak for Less, you have to wait a bit. Other than that, I am impressed that they were able to find a color to match my dresser and by their service overall. I will use them again and again!
