I took my 2 year old son here for his first checkup and cleaning. I calmly wanted to explain to him that they were going to clean his teeth and it was okay and they treated me as if they didn't have time to waste on being sympathetic, called in a staff member and forcefully held him down while he screamed. I asked them to let go of him 3 times before they finally did. I was ready to simply leave in tears with my son but decided to call the police. No child should ever be treated the way that they treated my son and I wanted the report on record. This was terrible treatment of any patient, let alone a sweet 2 year old. It was traumatizing for me and him. They are a disgrace for human beings and are reported for malpractice. Do not bring your child here.
