Indoor Air Quality Solutions is an excellent service and I've even recommended them to some other people already. Basically, I was having a lot of indoor mold issues with my house and even after I had the house remediated by other companies, the mold came back. Clearly there was some kind of renovation issues I had with the house, but nobody could tell me why the mold kept coming back, they just wanted to help get it out of house.

Once i called IAQS they were able to explain that the problem was with the design work, how the ceiling raised, etc. So he totally understood all the problems I had and talked to me about how to solve the problems at their root, with the structure of the house. He recommended an architect that would understand the building envelope issues and the way to correct my mold problems. That kind of architect is hard to find if they don't have a really good website or something like that. I'm still working on fixing the structural problems but his knowledge of the industry has been remarkable to me getting me on the right path to solve the problem.

The price for the service was incredibly competitive. I mean, to me it was priceless, but the fee for the service was perfect. I happily paid the bill. It's really not just John you get when you call IAQS, he works with his wife who is also amazing. She comes with him and helps him do things. They went above and beyond what I asked. They assessed the whole house and even pointed out issues that were not causing mold but would need to be fixed eventually. John is a complete package. Peace of mind is really what he finally gave me. Other companies were only interested in removing the mold. John's interest was understanding why I was getting the mold and helping me solve the problem for good.
