We were in the process in the buying a home and the
normal inspection turned up some mold in one room and maybe in the air conditioning unit. Indoor Air Quality Solutions, IAQS was super quick and super friendly. I think it was a guy and his son. They walked around the whole house and even pointed out some potential water damage in the garage. They went up and poked around in the attic, punching a hole in the wall. They were very thorough, pointing out some stuff that was besides what we hired them for. It was like having a second house inspection.
