Very knowledgeable but not easy to deal with!
I didn't have the best customer service experience with Indoor Air Quality Solutions, IAQS. I had to follow up with them multiple times to schedule the appointment. After I finally got the appointment scheduled, and they did the inspection, I had to follow up with them again multiple times to get the report and recommendations that they had promised to send. It was aggravating that I had to follow up with them so many times. They weren't very responsive. I wouldn't recommend Indoor Air Quality Solutions, IAQS.
