Indoor Air Quality Solutions, are very quick responding to a big job of inspecting apartments that a loan had closed on and had to be inspected for mold content. They arrived on time and were very thorough in their inspection. While they were there we had a second set of apartments that needed to be inspected and they serviced that one as well. Their reports for air quality and mold content were great and looked very professional. I had not realized I used them in the past until I received their invoice and they were already in our system which made me happy that I had contacted them again. I certainly would use them again!
