I ordered Norman composite shutters for a large window. The entire process, from ordering to installation was handled professionally and efficiently. Lonnie, the salesman, made me aware that Norman shutters would take about 2 months to order/ship/install but I was willing to wait. They were installed by Lyle who did a great job and the shutters look terrific. I was surprised how effectively they reduced the amount of heat in the room from the sun that hits that window. I'm very pleased and would recommend both Window-ology and Norman shutters.
