This wasn't the first time I used Window-ology. I used them last year and most recently was a month and a half ago. They installed shades for me. I am happy with them. I would tell a potential customer that they're very friendly. They're very efficient too. I had no problems scheduling with Window-ology. I did, however, have to wait sometimes because they're very busy. But on this last project I asked for a rush, and they accommodated me. They're polite and courteous. I would recommend them to my family and friends. As a matter of fact I already have.
