One of Window-ology's representatives was very good when he helped me. I knew already what kind of blind I wanted, so he helped me pick a shade of white--and he also measured the window. He mentioned that he lived not far away from me when he was a kid; and, even though I didn't know him, I knew some of his family. I liked that he took care of his business and got someone to put in the blinds before Christmas, which was nice. And I think he gave me a good price, as far as I know.
