I had a good experience with Window-ology. They installed shutters for me and I am very happy with how they turned out. The salespeople got everything right and the product is excellent. The shutters look fantastic and I would use them again for another product. One problem I did have was with the installer. I did not like his approach to problem-solving or his attitude very much. Everything else was great though, and I would recommend them to others.
