At first, the sales representative we talked to at Window-ology promised us the highest quality of shades. We decided to get our shades from them because of this. However, they did not turn out the way we were hoping. We got the shades installed about a year ago, and they were breaking 2-3 months later. 2 out of the 5 shades we have completely broke and needed to be replaced. The chords broke 4 times and needed to be replaced each time. Fortunately, they came out to fix them after each one broke. However, the communication was slow. It takes them a few days to call you back, and then you end up exchanging voice mails back and fourth. I wish they had more email or on line options to schedule appointments because I am busy and do not have time to call. Right now, we have one broken shade and it has been about a month. They still have not come out to fix it. Overall, window-ology has cheap quality material and a slow response rate. At least they come to fix their problems.
