I just happen to park by the Window-ology van one day while I was out shopping. I was so impressed with this company from the quote to the materials to the installation. I had two other companies put shutters in my house and wasn't overly impressed with either one of them. When I called Window-ology, the woman I spoke with was so helpful and responsive. They sent a representative to my home who did some measurements and brought a lot of samples and information for me to look over. They didn't rush me into anything. I was able to take some time before making a decision. They gave me a lot of great design help. They installed shutters in my office upstairs which has quite a few windows. I just love this company, the shutters look amazing. They do good quality work and the the manner in which they deal with customers is so elegant. I wish I could have had them do my whole house. I recommended them to a friend of mine that complimented me on my windows and I will recommend them to anyone else. Shutters are never cheap but the quality of their work is worth every penny.
