Our a/c started freezing up and needed freon, I called honest air, and they sent Jeff out who not only had our house nice and cool within 15 minutes but wanted to just take a look at the outside unit to make sure everything was okay out there also, and discovered a crossed wire on that unit that caused the fan to run in the wrong direction. He went above and beyond what we called for, so appreciate his kindness and professional manner. Thank you again Jeff
