Every year my wife and I find a deal to have our air conditioner units serviced to ensure they are operating at their peak or efficiency. This year we found a deal on Groupon to have our units serviced by Simply the Best and were told during this service that we had a defective contactor, and a defective fan motor and that we should enroll in their maintenance plan to drop the already inflated price. What do people do when they have their back against the wall? What we did was google and get a 2nd opinion.

Soon we were talking to Jeff at Honest Air about our situation and to have one of their techs come out for a 2nd opinion. Andrew came out today and inspected our units to determine if there were any problems, there were no burnt contactors and fan motor was not leaking.

Honest Air is simply a pearl in a vast ocean. There are too many companies out there that use fear tactics or commissions to make a sale.

We are very thankful for both Jeff, and Andrew and will be a customer for life.
