Truly lived up to the company namesake - 'honest'! In spite of being advised NOT to purchase a particular brand of unit I did anyway and suffered the consequences a few short years later when it failed. Honest Air came out (on a Sunday!), assessed the the problem and recommended a Carrier unit, the one they had originally preferred. Installed the new unit on the following Tuesday and we could not be more satisfied. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!
