The driver called to say he would be 5 minutes late! That was really efficient of him and appreciated so we would not worry! It was during a terrible snowstorm and the roads were icy and slushy. Traffic was totally jammed on I-70, so he took an alternate route to get us there on time. He kept us informed of his route and that we didn't need to worry. Upon our return, the driver was waiting for us and one other customer. After a few minutes he started calling the other customer to see where she was, but never could get an answer on her cellphone. He waited for an hour for her! On our way out of the airport area, she finally called him and he turned around and went back for her. Even though it was inconvenient for us, it was very nice of him to go back to get her. How much more dependable and considerate can a company be!!
