I paid extra to have a sturdy , tight fitting door that that would help keep out insects and critters. Instead, they installed a cheap door, with a cheap threshold and a gap between the door and threshold. I called my sales person three times who assured me, he would see to it. I have yet to hear from someone. My advice to people is to get estimates from other companies and avoid this one if you want quality and service.
