Our sunroom was suppose to have ceramic screws in the structure. Most were, but my husband noticed that the top screws in front had started to rust. Buddy Newman from the Jacksonville office came out and inspected them and agreed that they needed to be changed. He sent one of his men out to change them and not only did he change the ones that were visible to us, he also checked the backside and changed them also. We feel that he went over and above what he was suppose to do. We love our enclosure and the customer service that we got. Thank you, Buddy for caring about your customers and your product.
