The Elderlaw Firm had excellent service. I've dealt with them more than once, so you could say I went back for more! I knocked the overall experience rating down to a 4 because it seemed to take a little long, but they were busy, and it's not something we were in a hurry for anyway, though it did take a little long, and I had to call to remind them. It was a matter of will and and estate planning. They brought me up to date, and they did quite a bit more for my wife.

Mr. Toman did power of attorney for our daughter, and that we needed to have. Besides redoing our wills and some amendments to the family trust, he made a special trust for our daughter, who is disabled, and we needed to have a special trust for her. We're really very happy about everything. We can't say anything bad about Mr. Toman. He seems very knowledgeable. When we went in there, he used a big board and made a diagram of everything. It seemed to be complicated going into it, but he made it very, very understandable, so we were well pleased.
