I used Royal movers over a year ago and it was the worse move ever. I incurred over $1000.00 in damages (maybe more as this is just a guess). This included many broken items and a few missing items. I packed myself and Royal did the actual moving. I was told when I called Royal to address the issue that since I had packed myself I had no recourse. I wish I had know that ahead of time. I guess I should have read the fine print. One of life's lessons. I will not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again.
