Between research and reference from a friend, I used Royal Movers. I move every couple of years and I'm very aware how much time it should take to move, especially since I have down sized. What normally takes 2.5 hours (including travel), it took them 5 hours. I busted them stopping for lunch, but was told it only took them 5 minutes. It took them over 1 hour to get to my new place and yet it's less than 10 miles away. I realized why it was taking them so long, because when you bring in one couch pillow and a bag of cat toys per trip, it tends to take some time. Needless to say, I paid twice what I should have and they had the nerve to stand there waiting for a tip. Ironically, two other people I know used them the previous weekend and the weekend after me, and had the same experience....Milking the clock! Stay away!!!
