Last Tuesday Feb. 12,2013 we were stood up by Big Guy at 8 am, the movers we had hired two weeks in advance. At 10 am my husband called Royal Movers and they came the same day. Not only they showed up in time, but they performed the most amazing customer service. From Noon until 10 pm Carlos, Ronnie, and Jonathan, (the movers that came to our house), took piece by piece of furniture from the old house and delivered it to the new house without a single scratch. The hard work and the amazing attitude and disposition of these men, helped us in the worst moment to settle into our temporary home. We hope to be able to find the house of our dreams within the year, and once we find it, we will call Royal again to move us there. Thank you so much guys!
