I did not use the service; but had the unfornate experience of dealing with one of its employees who verbally accousted me as I was trying to enter my driveway. A vehicle had blocked my entrance,. When I honked because I thought that the driver was in the vehicle, the Sledge employee started yelling at me . I thought that it was his vehicle and asked him to move it. Instead he kept yelling at me . Finally, the other worker with him said that it wasn't their vehicle. Why he iinvolved himself I don't know but he continued to yell at me even after the driver of the vehicle moved his vehicle. At one point he called me a 60's hippie who has grown up to be privleged. When I called Mr. Sledge, never apologized but felt that we were both to blame even though he never called to ask me what happened. Even the employee's supervisor on the job felt that the employee was wrong and said that he would talk with him. Mr. Sledge never apologized and hung up the phone.
I would not recommend based upon the manner in which Mr. Slledge responded but more importantly, the volatility of the employee who felt that he had the right to involve himself in something that did not concern him. Maybe he felt that he had the right because either I was a woman or older or both.
