This is one of those classic, "if i could give a 0 star rating I would" examples. The very first red flag was when the estimator had to reschedule multiple first appointments, and still was late to the one he stuck to. I had my windows installed in May of 2019 during the week and was assured that a technician would be back that weekend to finish installing the flashing around the windows. All the windows are in and set, but the casing on the exterior is not done. So, installed in May and here we are in November and the work is still not complete. I have called over and over again, left multiple voicemails and spoken with Lindsey on multiple occasions and made several appointments to have the work finished. However, none of those appointments went through. They have made several empty promises with multiple excuses. I get that things happen so I have tried to be as reasonable as possible. But what baffles me the most is that to install the windows they required 50% down, and would collect the rest once the work was completed. Which obviously the work is not done so they have not only created an extremely unhappy customer, they are missing out on 50% of their invoice.

Definitely avoid using this company at all costs! The statement rings true with Window World of Columbus: "cheapest price definitely equals the cheapest service"
