Please do not get scammed by these people like I did. I had purchased new windows from them to put in my mothers house and was promised guaranteed windows by owner Keith Dotson. I needed to update the windows to sell this home after my mother passed last February. It took months to get installed which isn't the issue as much as the quality, the main bay window in the front of the house does not lock and does not fit the space and is warped so you can shut properly. Cold air has been coming in for months. Yet no one will return my calls or my handyman's calls to come and fix it. If you open the window it will actually fall out. Unacceptable!!! You might as well burn thousands of dollars rather than get windows from Keith Dotson. Luckily I am related to a well know law firm who will be filing a lawsuit for the cost of the windows and the gas bills for 6 months. Run far away from these crooks.
