My mother called this place in July to get windows installed to have a year ‘round, outside room. They came out, took measurements - she signed a contract to finance the window with a credit card and everything, because they told her this was the best way. They do have really great prices, but it seems you get what you pay for. First of all, they’re liars. They were uncommunicative, my mother had to call THEM every time. They never asked for her agreement back, she had to call and ask what to do with it. Later, she called because they hadn’t said anything after the agreement was sent - “we have to look for your paperwork, we'll call you back!” Never called back. My mom called and they said, “We’ve been trying to reach you....” She called today and they said they have the wrong measurements and they’d need to come out next week, but never once tried to contact us to see if they could come out and fix the issue. Essentially, they never had anything. Then when my mother called back to say, “you know what, forget it- I’ll take my business elsewhere.” Their response was, “Ok!” Sure, we’re just one customer, but their customer service is trash. This was something my mother wanted done to her home this year, before winter, and this place strung her along and wasted her time - she’s so disappointed. She’s not as technically savvy as me, I would have read these reviews and advised her to go elsewhere, as I do to anyone else looking into this place. They ONLY reply to good reviews/satisfied customers, they have no regard for true customer service.
