I booked a technician to refinish my tub. I did my due diligence and read reviews on AllWest Refinishing and did not find anything that I should have been wary of. The technician Dave showed and walked me through the process. After retrieving his equipment from his vehicle, he had brought his metal toolbox and rested it on the hardwood floor in my living room. I asked him kindly to be careful with our walls and flooring because they were recently done. He then came forward in an aggressive manner and rudely said “Didn’t we have this conversation?”. I asked him for clarification in which he leaned over and basically said “you think I’m going to $@!#% damage you walls”. I asked him to leave my property because his unprofessional and profanity was inappropriate. He stormed off my property. I called AllWest Refinishing to speak to Dave’s manager but the receptionist Leanne said that the owner Neil Bridges was not onsite and will be away until May 25th.
