I bought a part and paid extra for two day shipping
Purchased on Sunday night
Tried to track it on Tuesday and couldn't find it
Went to the chat on the website the guy said it was just shipped
Tried again on Wednesday, he said the samething, so I questioned him on it and he gave me a song and dance about what two days of shipping means.
Now it is Thursday night and the USPS tracking says expected delivery on Saturday.

Thanks to your lack of responsibility to your customers as a business I just lost a good customer and now I own a part that I don't need.

The least you could do is return my money. But let me guess this is how you make money scamming people and not really shipping the $@!#% you sell the way your customers pay for it. Remember you asked. I paid, you didn't deliver.
