Complete waste of time!!
After actually having a positive experience with these people, I called them in regards to an issue with my refrigerator. They promised a repair person would show up the next day. On that day I was told I would have to wait until the following day. Sure enough I received the same BS excuse and was then told to wait another two days!!! Not a good way to keep a valued customer.
