I called this company for my dryer as it was working but not spinning.
I knew it needed new belt and I explained him on the phone before he came.
He first collected $65.00 ONLY CASH before even looking at dryer.
Then he looked at it and told me it needs many parts not just belt and total cost will be $365 apart from $65 he already charged.
I told him this is 15 years old dryer, doess it make any sense to spend that kind of money?
He insisted and tried to convince me that it is 15 years old but it is original whirlpool machine and it is worth to fix it than buying cheap new machine.
I refused to get it repaired and called another person and get it fixed for $160 for new belt.
After I refused for his services, he became very rude.
