I used their services 2 years ago to repair my refrigerator which was not maintaining a cold temperature. He replaced one part which didn't solve the problem and then replaced the computer control board. When the control board was replaced I was not able to adjust the temperatures for the freezer or refrigerator although the refrigerator and freezer were cold. I called them they told me that someone would get back to me. No one ever did after a couple of phone calls about the issue.
