My Samsung fridge broke and I called “Samsung Service” as advertised on their website. The lady answered the phone told me that they would send me a Samsung technician to fix my fridge in 3 hours. An Alain called in 30 min and said that he would arrive in 1.5 hours from Jersey. I asked him why they sent someone from Jersey and he said that he was the expert on Samsung. He arrived in 30 min only but wouldn’t show me where he left his car outside. He came in and did only an inspection and took a picture snd told me that he had sent the code to his office for evaluation. Then he said that my fridge had Freon leaking and to fix it will be $1800 and up, He suggested me to get a new fridge instead. I had to pay him $125 cash for coming. Didn’t do anything to help me. His attitude was very scary and he called someone in his own language. My wife asked him if he was speaking in that dialect and he was very nervous. Then he said to us no recording of our conversation and no picture of him. He left with the money and drove away like an arrow. I saw a woman was in the car waiting for him. Don’t call this company! Don’t waste your time and money on these dishonest people!
