Forget about the fact that they take a deposit and don't delivery the parts or service to fix my refrigerator. Forget the fact that they don't return your calls. Forget the fact that after two month they yell at you when you expect them to do what they guaranteed to do. Forget the fact that they negotiate the price for cash payment and tell you that you don't have to pay New York State sales tax. The DA's Office should investigate them for avoiding sales tax and defrauding customers out of their money. I think that is going to be my next letter.
