This is my very first time to write a review . I am just compelled to do it since I had a very bad experience with Sal the technician who came over to our house to fix my refrigerator..I had to call him on his phone after a job was done to report that there was a broken piece .He was upset at me for calling him a “million times “according to him and for calling him on his “personal phone “.However he called me on that said phone number when he confirmed my appointment .He was very rude and he even hang up on me .When i called their office to make a complain , the receptionist just told me its “Monday “ that’s why it’s usually crazy . Its just a very lame excuse cause if that’s the case he should not be working on “Mondays “ at all . I just felt Sal and the company could have approach it differently , in a more cordial manner . I worked in a customer service myself and that’s not in anyway to handle or treat customers at all.
