Web site claims same day service. Forget it.

I had described problem on the telephone. Repairman showed up and "diagnosed". Said it required a second visit. I asked why he didn't come prepared to fix it on first visit when I had described the problem on the phone. He gave me an attitude and then said I was rude and that I had an attitude. He said he was wasting his time.
I threw him out.
Don't bother with these clowns.
