I ordered a part for dishwasher on the 19th of November and here it is the 7th of December then i called them on the 1st of December and was told its on back order which i never received an e-mail telling me this was told i can get the O.E.M.part 4.95 more which i paid then to find out it was sent out on the 5th of December still have not received it for the price and inconvenience i could have paid a little more and picked it up locally and had my dishwasher fixed by now.i will never order another part from speedy appliance parts again.i don't recommend doing business with them i should have looked them up on B.B.B.there track record doesn't look good
