SCAM, SCAM ! ! Please stay away from these crooks/thieves.. Had called them to fix and diagnose refrigerator problem Not only did they misdiagnose but the quote they gave us was ridiculously high. They are the worst of the worst and no way they have been in business for 50 years. The only way they make their money is by preying on uninformed consumers. The first thing they told me before even looking at the refrigerator was that the computer control board is no good. The cost to repair it was $550 plus tax. The tech. replaced the board and then took it with him for a refund from the distributor which sent a red flag to me. I later call the company to find out the cost of the board which was $140 with tax and shipping included. I ask the sales rep if I can return the board for a credit and she said that is not possible. So, I had to pay $600.00 to replace a board that cost $140.00 and took less than 10 minutes to do The extra $460.00 was for the 10 minutes labor. I wish I had a job that can pay me $2760 per week much less per hour. This company needs to be shut down. I will write a letter to the BB asking them to do so. Fellow clients, please do not fall for this trap. Learn from all of us who did.
