I had the technician Guy come in in February to check my freezer which wasn't freezing properly and he recommended changing the condensor. Not only did he change me for cleaning it, he installed another part which he never explained clearly what it was and adjusted the coolant. That whole process costs me $896.15!!

In March, a month later, my freezer was still not working, and he came in again, with a terrible attitude, saying that now the whole control had to be replaced because the other thing had not worked. I gave him another chance, not without having a terrible argument, he talked in a terrible tone of voice, they have NO CONSUMER SERVICE CARE whatsoever. He charged me $543.12!!

I have spent over $1,400 for nothing! I've called them for a week to send another technician and they keep putting me off, saying no one is going to Brooklyn, so their "same day service" is a LIE! They'll only see what part they can make up doesn't work to scam you and get more money. Both of the repairs have 1 year guarantee and the awful receptionist talked in the most rude tone of voice, saying I was not getting my guarantee if the pieces Guy had installed were not faulty.

A total scam, they have no consideration for customers, STAY AWAY!
