They showed up at my house and said my washer needed a timer. Said they had to order a part, their website said their truck is 99% stocked and that was my experience in the past. I think the business was sold. Two guys came in a van, one guy waited outside.
Anyway, he didn't know the cost of the part, said it would be in the next day. I called and was told I would be called back in a few minutes, no call. The previous day, a Sunday, I called two times hours apart and received no return call. Each time I was told they will call you in a few minutes. So much for the emergency service. I had to get someone else to fix my washing machine and never heard from these guys again.
