Pratt Pest Management sprays around the outside perimeter of the house, looks for ants, and checks the tree stumps in the yard to make sure there isn't any activity there. Since we have had them start coming out to do their service, no problems have come up and everything has been good. Their prices seem reasonable and comparable as far as what they do and what they charge for it. We have been using them for probably about seven or eight years, and we like that they are consistent. They give us a courtesy call about a week before they come out, and ask us to let them know if there is anything else we need them to do other than what is already on their list. After they complete the service they leave notes for us if we are not here. They usually write out a detailed paragraph of what they saw and did. If we are here, they will just tell us in person. They are always very friendly and polite.
