I called them and they came the same day. They were courteous and professional. They diagnosed that my washer needed a timer, told me the price of the part and ordered it as soon as they left via cellphone.

They explained it would take two days and my service fee would be subtracted from the labor charge.

Everything was as said. My washer works and I would use them again.
