Cabinet Nightmare

IF BUYING CABINETS PLEASE READ

My wife and I purchased cabinets from Northeast Factory Direct. The designers were helpful during our meetings and we finalized in August on our cabinets. During our final meeting our designer also let us know that we would be receiving a free sink with the purchase of the cabinets. So after we paid for the cabinets basically everything has went wrong. And since we already paid we are basically no longer a priority. When the cabinets were delivered we opened all of the boxes and there were 3 cabinets that were incorrect and 3 cabinets that were damaged. (minor damage but enough for us to order replacements.) When I called and emailed them about the cabinets that were wrong ( We ordered 2 doors on the bottom and 2 drawers on top) They told us the ones that we had purchased are no longer being made. And there was nothing they could do about it except send us dividers that we could put in the drawers. After that conversation we were just waiting on the replacement cabinets for the ones damaged. I would call up there maybe 1 time every other week for an update which they would fill me in on the new eta. They would always tell me that they would call me back in a couple days and let me know all the details. So basically what that means is they ignore me until I would call again in a couple of weeks. So finally after 6 weeks of waiting on replacement cabinets. They finally get them in and told me I would be contacted within 24-48 hrs for the delivery team to call me and set up the day for the delivery. After already waiting now 12 weeks total the delivery team dosent call me all week and I end up having to contact them again. Northeast tells me the delivery team is going to take awhile to deliver them so we will have a worker just bring the 3 new doors for the cabinets himself. He calls me the day of the delivery to confirm the new parts. 1 of the 3 new doors is wrong they ordered the wrong size. So I then ask to speak with someone who is a manager that can actually help me because I am done waiting. They tell me the manager can not talk right now he will call me back but they can directly Fedex me the last damaged part replacement. So after I receive the last cabinet door I open it and yet again it is damaged. I am just going to repaint the damage myself now because I will not wait another 6 weeks just to receive more damaged parts. The manager still has not called me back I still have not received my dividers. They have been purchased by the company but still waiting. The sink I was told I would get never came. At this point I don't want anything but to be done with dealing with this company. I advise anyone if you can find cabinets somewhere else even if you have to pay a little bit more just do it and save yourself the frustration. I will never walk into this store again. Super friendly until they are paid and you are just another number.
