What has happened to your staff
After furnishing our entire house through your company-i highly recommended you to family and friends
However
I don’t know if you have had change in management since my purchase (February 2019)
But my neighbor has had nothing but trouble with her purchase and it was the manager that originally took her order-i was with her at time of purchase
In middle of writing up her order he handed her off to someone else so he could take phone call
He told salesman that she was all set-yet failed to tell him he was in middle of setting up payment plan so full amount of purchase came out of her bank account
When she noticed this she went back in and got it straightened out
So that’s what manager told her
Did credit back account AGAIN was supposed to set up payment plan
Waited for said purchase to arrive called to find out when would be delivered was told not until balance was paid AGAIN manager failed to setup payment plan
Ok FINALLY straightened out plan
Purchase gets delivered and has to refuse delivery because front of sofa had red marker marks on it
Very disappointed
Ashamed that I recommended your company to her
