I called pretty late one morning and they said they could have someone out that afternoon. My first priority was met immediately in that if we needed to get the job done it was going to be possible. Todd not only called us to let us know he was on his way (we live about 20 miles from town) he asked relevant questions and then was on his way out. Todd arrived punctually, identified the problem and offered several solutions which gave us the chance to make rational decisions how to move forward.
