Overall I would recommend them without hesitation
The only reason for a 4 star on the total experience = a bit disorganized. The job was stopped for several hours while they worked on another job and searched for materials that we were told were no problem to obtain.
But hey, the work is top notch (as verified by another vendor dealing with the rat problem)!
