We have a septic system and were having serious backup problems. I found Bragg Plumbing through a Google search and had them come out to check out the problem. The technician who came out, Zach Bautista, figured out the problem we were having within 10 minutes by use of a camera inserted in the line. Our septic line to the tank had a 95 blockage caused by root growth! Zach was extremely professional and patient in describing what it would take to fix the problem. I was somewhat shocked by the quote of almost $2200 ($300+ per hour) but we needed the problem fixed! I feel the cost was high but the work done and the way Zach handled the problem alleviated my doubts. Problem solved. If I had more time I would have shopped around to confirm pricing but time was of the essence in getting our drains to work!! I would recommend Bragg Plumbing for a similar problem but would be interested how price competitive they are for "normal" plumbing issues. Zach was professional, knowledgeable, did what he said he would do in a timely manner.
