I had scheduled a visit with Dalco to change my whole house humidifier water panel. As usual, I requested Travers as the Dalco tech. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I typically learn something new from Travers on every visit - this one was no exception. He advised me not to use a furnace filter higher than a MERC11 rating. Due to our elevation, using a higher MERC filter could potentially over tax my blower motor due to the higher resistance of those filters. While he was here, he also serviced my furnace and checked the operation of my furnace, my AC and my humidifier. As always, he did an excellent job!
